Neil has spent over 25 years designing and implementing technical solutions to supply chain problems for multinationals in many countries across Europe and Asia.
With 9 languages under his belt, he enjoys working with multi-cultural teams. A self-confessed ‘Data Geek’, Neil is passionate about using data to provide insights which transform businesses.
Orkun has worked in the fashion business for more than 26 years, with both sourcing and production experience. He graduated from UMIST with a BSc in Clothing, Engineering & Management and has a MBA from the Sorbonne.
Orkun specialises in quality management, auditor certification and supplier self-approval programs; for which he was a lead at Nike and headed regionally for M&S.
Red brings over 20 years of leadership in information technology and consultancy to his role as EVP of Client Partnerships at Two Eight One. With a background as VP of Technology Services at Emergn, he has a proven track record of translating strategic visions into practical digital solutions. Over the past decade, Red has held board-level positions, driving operations and business development across major firms including Wal-Mart, Hornby, Wiggle Morrisons, Sainsbury's, and as the European leader for Bossa Nova Robotics. His extensive travel and deep industry expertise enable him to stengthen client relationships and propel innovative growth, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs.
Andrew has worked in Finance for over 20 years in Europe and Asia. He has set up and managed businesses across the world and his experience includes tax structuring, due-diligence as well as building funding packages.
A fellow of the ACCA, Andrew brings compliance, reporting and transactional support to Two Eight One.
Pankaj has over 25 years of experience sourcing a wide range of product categories from across the India region and has worked for Office Depot, Reliance Retail, Michael Aram, Lines and Mila.
Pankaj focuses on supplier manufacturing processes as well as supply chain management and he has a MBA from Vinayaka University.
Chris is an international process improvement executive with over 25 years of extensive global operational experience across diverse industries and products improving bottom-line performance through his focus on quality, process and corporate social responsibility.
A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Chris holds a BS in Science from Oregon State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon.
Eray Aydin brings over 21 years of experience to his role at Two Eight One, where he specialises in establishing and optimising quality control systems. His expertise has significantly improved operations for brands like Superdry, River Island, and Petek, ensuring product integrity and compliance.Previously at Mulberry, Eray developed QC processes from scratch, enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction. His systematic approach and innovative practices continue to drive excellence at 28one and its clients.
With over 16 years of experience, Steven Tran specialises in building resilient, ethical brands with a keen focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility. As Director of Brand and Marketing, he has spearheaded strategic campaigns for companies like HSBC and PEXA, enhancing brand integrity and market growth through data-driven insights and environmental stewardship.
Steven has also led transformative initiatives at Monash University, Prenetics, and BGL Corporate, merging business objectives with societal values and promoting transparency. His commitment to sustainability drives his professional endeavors, continually integrating ethical sourcing with effective marketing strategies.

With a strong technical foundation, Rezwan is committed to continuous learning, ensuring that he remains well-informed about the evolving demands of the industry.
Gülseren has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance for world-leading brands and retailers such as Nike, M&S, George, Anthropology, Esprit, Champion, Superdry and Boden to name a few.
Her experience covers the full spectrum of Technical QA activities from vendor auditing to quality management and includes the implementation of auditor certification programs for Nike and M&S.
